I saw some Wim Hof videos about a year ago. Reminded my of the Sanchin kata from Goju Ryu, my first martial art. I added it to my list of daily reminders, and I do at least one 20 breath round of breathing every day.
Update on 8/8/2021 - I saw Wim on a YouTube video and downloaded his app. I'm doing his beginning exercises every day now.
