Intermittent Fasting
One of the really cool things is I rarely get hungry at all. Occasionally I get a little dizzy. In fact a did a few mins ago and had a little sip of MCT oil. Seems to take the edge off.
I've been doing varying levels of intermittent fasting since 2019. The most common was variations on 16:8. I don't have much luck not eating at night(I'm a night owl), so I finally just stopped fighting it and only eat at night. My current eating window is 7pm to 11pm(I keep 10pm to 11pm open as cheating time), so my real window is 7 to 10. That works, but my metabolism is really slow, so I added in 5:2, and skip eating Friday and Monday night. I'm losing weight well, but anticipate plateaus and plan to close my eating window down to 9pm till 11, and eventually only eat 4 meals a week, skipping Friday, Saturday and Tuesday.
